Barrett was a monster who used to show himself in an American Sideshow around the turn of the century.

Awwe… Yeah, he’s my favourite of the monsters. And you’re right about the heart. Just ‘cause they’re nasty lookin on the outside doesn’t mean they’re the same on the inside!
