Male Common Blue (Polyommatis icarus) by 

I have a passion for these tiny butterfly’s, only about the size of your thumb nail 12-18mm, so this morning I had a very productive trip though the local field behind my home full of wild flowers, bushes grasses and these tiny butterfly’s. I managed half decent shots of four different kinds, which is the best return for the past four years. This is one of them from Whittlesey Wash, Cambridgeshire, England
