Lost Lake, about 25 miles from Hood River, Oregon is one of the best places to go in Oregon. It’s a county campground and park with hiking trails, camping, swimming, fishing, boating, silence and amazing reflections of Mt Hood (on clear, calm days) you can’t go wrong here! But don’t try this in the winter as there will be 3-4 feet feet of ice on the lake. Taken with a Canon XT and a 28-135

I have had a camera in my hand since the late sixties! Recently someone looked at a photo display I had in a coffee shop and got goose bumps. All I try to do is to capture various aspects of God’s amazing creation and let you also enjoy what I am seeing! If you get goose bumps, that’s great. But remember I only capture what he created. He creates, I capture, we enjoy.

Love the dark shadows in this…they accentuate the white mountain.
