Venemous and non….of the US. These are all snakes I’ve photographed in Kansas. From Ribbon snakes to Copperhead, to Timber Rattlesnakes, to Ringnecks……Garters and Lined and even with a Yellow Bellied Racer!
Don’t let your fears get you……..these are gorgeous creatures that for the most part are harmless…… long as you tread lightly around them! :o)

WOW! Love your fantastic collection of gorgeous snakes especially the awesome front cover and the sexy snake having a shower at the fountain : )

  • LOVE snakes! They’re amazing creatures for sure! They can actually learn and TEACH other snakes how to hunt! The one you saw in the water? Is FISHING! It learned to hang on the wire as the lake drained so it could catch fish as they went over….he was there with 2 or 3 others! I’ve even seen snakes hanging out at cave entrances…waiting for bats to fly by!
