Only Some Of....
I can hardly ever resist picking up a shell!
I LOVE snail shells….the water snails…the land snails…ALL OF THEM!
Reading about them brings even more fascination to me.
Thing like…how many teeth do they have…that around 90% all spin their shells in the same direction…that some are carnivorous yet others are herbivors…and others? Eat both meat AND veggies.
I just can’t resist them. Living in an area rich in limestone I’m lucky to have lots around to find too.

I like snails, too. I used to play with them when I was a kid. Once I pulled a pair apart, not quite realizing what was going on – then it dawned on me and I felt bad. Tried to put them back together to no avail – lol. I was sorry for a long time.

Sweet collection and great shot! Eat escargot as well? I yanked a couple apart once too and was rather surprised at the relative length of their “connection”. We primates sure got the short end of the stick…
