I had a bowl of this Ramen in Sapporo, Japan at the Ramen Yokoso. Hotate is Japanese for scallop. It was excellent ramen.

Thank you Otofuru! I loved trying the famous foods in each Japanese city I went to (if I had the chance). This ramen was especially good!
