My Name is Sara, Im from a small town in Tx but I am currently living in New Orleans. I am a college student, a former Marine, a Marine’s wife, a Mommy and an amateur Photographer.

Living in New Orleans has given me some unique opprotunities to shoot some beautiful objects. From the beautiful buildings to the aged destruction and the interesting people that call New Orleans home… every turn has amazing photo ops. Unfortunetly, I cant always find the time to visit downtown as much as I would like to.

And when Im bored and awake in the middle of the night is when I love to set up still lifes on my dinning room table and snap away… Photography has become my release from the stresses of Mommy-hood and online college… :)

If you’ve browsed through my photos, you’ve prob noticed that my photos are pretty random. Thats mostly because I am a pretty random person myself! I have no clear style of photography yet, I just shoot what I think is beautiful and hopefully you’ll see something you think is beautiful too!

I currently use a Nikon D40x

  • I have recently started making T-shirts on Redbubble, I have so much fun doing these late at night when an idea just pops in my head. I would like to take this opprotunity to alert everyone who views my work that some is very controversial. I am a Republican and I love politics. You may not agree with much of the work that is on my site but these are my views and opinions and the opinions of others who have asked me to make specific designs for them. We all are entitled to our own opinions and I ask for nothing except for your respect for me as an artist. You dont have to agree with my views just as I dont agree with some others views. But as a person I try to remain respectfully of everyones opinion and I please ask you to do the same.

I’ve started a project to help veterans of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. For all the military themed art that sells off my site, I will donate 100% of my share to the Wounded Warriors Project and Defend a Defender.**

Please check out the websites at:

http://www.woundedwarriorproject.org

http://www.defendthedefenders.org

Both of these organizations hold a very dear place in my heart for the work they do for our military and their families! Being a former Marine and a Marine’s wife, I cant even begin to explain to you the burden that is lifted just knowing that these organizations are out there doing what they do.

This is my way of giving back to those who have given so much for us!

Thank You for taking the time to visiy my site! :)

I also Co-host Military Related Art We are a new group but growing fast… Come check it out!
