Elephant’s are such “iconic” animals and this image of yours is very touching and makes them “seem so available” to me the viewer. We human’s can so “anthropomorphize” most other animals, and elephants (IMO) are such goods ones to project these human traits to. They’re strong, tender, have relationships and seemingly skilled learning ability.
To me this work of yours carries all of this and more.
