Sarah Annesley lives on Long Island and is a student pursuing a career in the arts. She currently attends SUNY New Paltz and is applying to become a BFA with a concentration in Drawing and Painting within the next year. Sarah enjoys portraiture and other traditional forms of drawing and painting while experimenting with new and different mediums. Eventually, Sarah would like to become an art teacher while a practicing artist on the side, and someday have a cohesive portfolio that adequately describes her as an artist. First Show!
So, had my first show the other day! One of my friends has started to a non-profit organization and was having an art show to help promote it and spread the word. She asked me and two other artists to display our work while a few local musicians also performed.
