Does the world know??
There are times when I get so absolutely blown away by someone’s work here on RB that I can’t even contain myself…I want to add ALL of their work to my favourites (1000 over)....I want to make a comment on every image (even though at times their image just leaves me speechless)....I want to let the world know how amazing they are (even though the world probably already knows that ).....
....not long ago I came across this photographer through one of the groups here on RB…he won a challenge…got an interview…and opened up a door to a world of photography which is so interesting, beautiful, raw and thoughtful…that it made me reevaluate my own work…made me stop and think….. I want to be like Mike!!! Mike de Lange that is!!!
Since I really have been left speechless….I will just share with you the reasons why…..
Mike…you are an inspiration!!!

Sanja you can say that photography is all about being in the right place at the right time for the shot, but those pictures are way beyond anything I could put down in writing as a compliment, “I want to be like Mike” too :)

You are so right!!! There are moments when any one of us can be REALLY great photographers (even those who aren’t photographers at all)...and I am one to appreciate any art which makes me think…makes me look for more than a mere few seconds (regardless of who took the shot, or how experienced they are)....but Mike’s work….that is just a whole other level!
