The First 24 Hours

When I woke-up yesterday morning my head was full of the nagging, scary problems I’m having to deal with at the moment and all of the un-fun stuff that needs to be done. Not the most pleasant way to begin the day. And then I found redbubble! It changed the course of my day. In less than 24 hours I’ve been in contact with some beautiful, talented people. Their warm enthousiasm and encouragement have brightened my day and touched my heart! Not a bad start! Cheers! : )

Sandy, thank you for choosing to follow Reynaldo, I saw that you had gone to art school and then moved to Paris! That is exactly what Rey had wanted to do, but life intervened and he ended up fathering 5 great kids and has 11 grandkids…a work of art in itself, but he had to put his true vocation on hold. He had only been able to concentrate on his art full time after a difficult injury made it impossible to continue as a Finish Carpenter; so for therapy he started painting again after many many years. And what you see on this RB page of his is the result. Sadly, I will not be able to add any new work, but I do have many unseen, or maybe just unearthed creations. including photographs he has taken over the years, but never published. I’m sure he would have loved your work and your story. Thank you, Cathy ~
