Me and My Lilypad
A green frog sits just 1/2 dozing on a lily pad not far from shore taking in all of nature around him. Distant hills and clouds reflect into the water.
A soft pastel on colourfix paper.

I am a frog lover and paint a lot of frogs. There was a real market for them a few years back but it has sort of faded off a bit. I have frogs (not real) right through the house. I had in mind around Darwin when I painted this one. Have just come back from there…....sandy

The weather was very nice of 30dgs which was very comfortable. I left very cold Toowoomba and came back to the same…....Had a good time though…......Sandy

Jan I paint frogs, just about breath frogs. Have them from BBQ area to bath room and back. I think my hubby has caught the bug too. Sandy
