Hunh!!!! Now … not that I know anything about ANYthing, but this doesn’t look like the magnolias I’m familiar with. The magnolia is famous for it’s strong green leaves .. very thick and glossy … even our sweet bay … I’ll snap a shot of the whole trees to let you see. What you have here looks more like the traditional cherry or apple … and the leaves are still forming. But baby, whatever the heck it is, it’s GORGEOUS!!!!!! I love this one!!!!!

Well, if google says so, then who am I to argue, lol!!!! Seriously … I’m sure there are oooodles and ooodles of varieties!!! All I know is your image is yummy and the blossoms really don’t look like any of the cherry / apple / whatever that I’m familiar with so … magnolia it is!!!!
