Under the Granville Bridge by Sandrine Pelissier
This is my latest watercolor and mixed media (I added a bit of gouache and watercolor crayons) on yupo paper. From the same series of pictures I took to my last trip downtown Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada):
What inspired me to paint this picture was the contrasting blues of the buildings with the yellow and orange lights. I also like the contrast of the cir-convoluted textures on yupo with the straight lines of the cityscape

Formidable ! j’aime beaucoup le premier plan qui permet ensuite à l’oeil d’aller au-delà…Les tons adoptés sont collent tout à fait à ce paysage urbain
Merci, j’hesitais un peu avec cette composition mais finnalement j’aime bien. As tu essaye de peindre sur du papier yupo ? C’est etonnant et vraimment different, ca me force a être moins detaillee.
