FEATURED IN THE GROUP: Aquatic Flowers and Hydrangea

For 4 months I nursed and begged this Hyacinth to grow in this special bottle supplied with the bulb but eventually I was rewarded with a flower. It just bloomed once and then unceremoniously died !! I planted the bulb in the garden …………….?

Just beautiful, Sandra. I love this sort of think as well, but with mixed results. Right now we have Amaryllis in the stores and I ask myself if I should take a chance and buy one. oh, BTW, scratch in a little bone meal around your bulbs. It helps them recover and grown strong.

  • Go for it my friend buy one of those Amaryllis !! Thanks for the comment and advice

I love Hyacinthe too, and mine grow in the garden, they are so short I have to get down on hands and knees (ouch) to get a photo. But they are so pretty and worth it. This is beautifully done Sandra, very beautifully done!

  • LOL Vickie I know what it means to get down on hands and knees ……………uuuuch that getting back up !!
Thanks for the lovely comment and compliment
