Bridal Chorus Music Pedestal. by

It was such a joy to create this piece and very nostalgic since I was working with a sheet music cover that is approximately 100 years old. Let me share with you first where the Bridal Chorus music cover came from.
Years ago we inherited several boxes of sheet music which range from 75 to 100 years old. Neither hubby or I play any sort of music. We tried selling it in a garage sale and ended up with most of it. So I decided to get creative with it. I carefully cut out this cover and attached it to a foam core round then adhered to a candle holder that I repainted. Added beaded trim. As a photo finishing touch I used a texture; Soft Light blend from Kim Klassen Cafe to give it a further antique feel. This would look lovely on a piano don’t you think!
