I have a photograph of me holding it and I am an inverted image in the sphere. I wanted to do more with the sphere(s). But I wanted something organic combined with the crystal.
I saw a blob (for want of better word) flowers that fell onto the century plant, and it looked like it was cradled there. I had taken pictures of the sphere(s) indoors, but wanted an outdoor shot, in full sun, somewhere it wouldn’t burn through. There is a small burn hole in the century plant frond as the sphere is that clear, it acted like magnifying glass. I had to set up the camera, with a ‘stand in’ so I could quickly place the sphere in the frond, and get the photographs done quickly.
