Ok... but why?
While traveling down to Albany, we spotted this. A lollipop stop sign, propped up with a witch’s hat and sand bags, and an official neon vested man reading a magazine. We could see no oncoming traffic, and ended up sitting there for 15 minutes. No idea why.

Not a joke, because we could hear someone talking to him on his radio. He flipped the sign, and we drove a while down the road, only to find ANOTHER set up just like it on the opposite side of the road.
