I painted this abstract landscape several years ago, experimenting with color and light using watercolor and pastels on cold press watercolor paper. Really just having fun. Size is 8×10”.

    Thanks so much FunArtist! I had to think about your question and to be honest I don’t have an answer. I get going with my art into another realm (yourself being a wonderful artist) and I just go with the flow. I did this several years ago and really can’t remember my process at the time other than maybe I wanted to intensify the watercolor with pastels. I remember really getting lost in the energy of making this piece.
