Susan Kimball

I have been creating art since I can remember. My earliest memory involves coloring books and paint by numbers; they both were like joy in a box.

I went on to art school and graduated with a BS in Graphic Design in 1984, as my first career. Sometime later, I returned to school, graduating with a Masters in Social Work and telling myself I’d return to art when I retire. And then I retired.

Recently I have returned to my private practice of psychotherapy, where I use art to help in the healing process. You can find me on Facebook

In photography, I search for the nostalgia in things…a vintage feel…something to remind me of the “old days” when life was simpler. In my collage and painting, I seek images that are whimsical, provoking, or spiritual.
