Thank you so much! I was looking for a horse and I half jokingly told everyone that I wanted a dapple gray that I would call Mouse. A friend had put me in touch with someone that she thought had the perfect horse for me. His niece took some photos that she emailed to me. When they arrived, at two in the morning, I immediately printed them out and thumbtacked them to the wall beside the bathroom mirror where I was certain my husband would see them first thing in the morning. Above the photos, I wrote…this is the one! Underneath the photos was her name, Mouse’s Funny Face:) It was meant to be-ha

Thank you so much! It was actually taken very late in the day with that very strong late afternoon, right before sunset sun lighting her. That’s where that strong shadow comes from.
