This photo has problems: the light was low and the fog dense which caused a bit of graininess and pixelation despite the fact I shot it at 200 iso, I used some noiseware software on it which left it looking more like a painting than a photograph…..BUT I like it anyway..lol….And I don’t even mind that it looks more like a painting because the handsome Olaf is such a classic beauty and his movement looks like it was copied straight from a Baroque canvas….to me anyway:-)

Thanks, Jen! I love the atmosphere that fog gives but it is also weird what it does in a digital photo. I’m still a bit stuck in the 35mm days but I love the convenience of digital so what is a girl to do?:

Hi Sande, hope that print comes through for you! i know what its like to be stuck between 35mm and digital, for me my limited funds makes digital so much easier as 35mm is really pricy these days to process! keep the fantastic work coming!

Thank you! I wish it weren’t so grainy but that is one effect of the fog…blessing and curse:-).....I was worried that the horse’s owner wouldn’t like it because of that but they thought it looked like a painting so all turned out well.
