What beautiful photographs I’ve seen in the past few days! I feel incredibly humble showing my own photos. I’m a beginner and opened to any comments or suggestions as I feel I have much to learn. I’ve always enjoyed taking photos but for the past 9 years, my camera has been mainly focused on my 5 lovely grandchildren. I’m so inspired by what I’ve seen on this site… I can only hope your amazing collective talent rubs off on me!

Don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like this, friend! Aesthetic, as well as keeping the statues warm! ;-) What a fascinating idea. Wonderfully artistic image.

  • A lot of our statues were treated to knitted garments. Really an amazing sight… especially during our hot summer… I felt sort of flushed looking at them*o*!

Great find. I have heard that it is a trend to cover parts of buildings and statues with knits.

  • Oh I haven’t seen that yet. It’s interesting and rather shocking…LOL! Thanks for your comment.

Just when you think youve seen it all…..it looks like theres real people inthere. What a great find!

  • Isn’t it! I was amazed to see this in the middle of Sherbrooke St. in Montreal. This is in the heart of the city and a very posh street.
