While at a shelter we’ve worked with for 10 years, they asked me to take a look at Paris, a Bullmastiff cross. They were having some problems with her being very mouthy and she’d even really scared some of the volunteers. I quite liked her, though she’s a big puppy who is getting stressed in the shelter and who also needs some remedial obedience and manner training. She won’t be the dog for just anyone, but she’s got a lot of potential. And is she not just beautiful!
I didn’t think these shots would work due to lighting being all wrong – but I like the effect. Other than minor tweaking, it’s uncropped and straight from the camera.
Paris is available for adoption at Georgina Animal Control in Keswick, Ontario, Canada.
