I’m an amateur photographer from Melbourne. I mostly shoot landscapes and seascapes in the panorama format. I love large and absorbing photographs, and panorama’s to me are the best for that. You can really feel like you are drawn in to the image because of it’s wide perspective.

I chose to pursue photography because I can’t paint or draw and thus photography allows me to explore my creative side as well as my adventurous side. If there is one thing I pride myself in, it’s that I always seek to take the shots that other landscape photographers haven’t, and go to places and find the hidden beauty that others don’t see or take for granted.

I have had several exhibitions around the Mornington Peninsula (Victoria) and sell many of my photographs as limited edition prints and for corporate use.

Back in Black (and white)

I returned to active photography today after a 3 month break, despite what I said in my last journal entry. I am working on a new mini-series to be exhibited at the end of the year and I’ve decided to try something that I don’t normally do, which is black and white photography. / As you will see in my gallery, I have added a new piece today titled ‘Winter Skies’ which was…

Sleepless In Mulgrave

I call it a break, but it wasn’t one made as a choice, or was it? I can’t really answer that. In the last 9 months I’ve pretty much ceased shooting almost completely because of some very important events in my life, firstly and most importantly starting with getting engaged and married, turning 30, moving in to our first home and getting a promo at work – and I can tell,…
