Fabulous portrait of the mysteries and emotions of a romantic woman. Your delicate lace is awe inspiring, Samantha. Who would think of hanging a key from a string of pearls. Only the romantic. I like the half hidden mask on the table, too. Sometimes it takes a mask to be able to reveal the true inner self, even though by outward appearance, the mask hides the wearer. It’s a fantastic prop. Beautiful work.

What a gorgeous finish Sam. I love this piece…..I saw it in WIP cafe and you did such an awesome job. The tones on her skin are perfect. Such wonderful details and I love the look on this woman’s face. The title leads me to believe that she puts on a show of being all and everything during the daylight hours and in the night she glances in the mirror not even knowing who she is or what she cares about. Congratulations on such a beautiful painting!!
