I have been in the past a professional rodeo photographer and travelled around much of NSW and part of south-east QLD capturing cowboys and cowgirls doing their thing. I processed and developed my own black and white shots. I really enjoyed capturing the full on action of rodeo and getting to pack up and travel sometimes to 3 rodeos in a weekend was great fun. I was well known in the rodeo world for my photography and was even published overseas in the States and Canada.
Now photography to me is manly a hobby and I concentrate more on nature and I love to get quirky shots of my pets. I still do some horse sports photography and get around to the local sports venues. I absolutely love trees – they are so uniquely individual. Gum trees especially are awsomely beautiful.
I first joined RB in the hope of selling my work but now have realised its so much more than that. As I build up my portfolio I would certainly welcome comments from viewers, so please come and see my work.
Whilst viewing the RB gallary I am stunned at how much beautiful photography there is out there. It is so great to be able to see other peoples work.
