This shot taken on my last trip south of Sydney, stopping in the city of Albury. Womga Wetlands is on the outskirts. A successful environmental project where waste water from the city is recycled and used to create wetlands on the Murray flood plain.
This has resulted in a sanctuary for many species of water birds. Interested in Bird Photography the site is dotted with purpose built Bird Hides where you can sit with a good lens.
Technique: HDR 5 Bracketted exposures, tonemapped in Photomatix 4.1
