Image Licensing - Does anyone have any tips they would like to share

I was wondering if anyone has been approached to license a image for commericial use. I find it very confusing and wonder how others handle the issue, if you have any tips to share.

For example how do you calculate the price of a image ? how do you work out whats too much and too little?

Do you use a agency to do the work for you ?

Lets start a discussion

For information on this very important rally
Please circulate this date to all your photographer friends , if you use twitter or facebook or are a member of a camera club

Thank You For the Support for "Old Style Workmanship (Monochrome)* 8,300 Views And Counting Don't Forget B&W

Some time you are amazed when you upload a image to Red Bubble, initially I uploaded a colour version of a image Old Style Workmanship: which was well received.…
