PHOTO POWER!! :D I wish I had been there Philip! It is getting ridiculously strict about who or what you can snap… it’s got to the point where I won’t snap my young nephews in a public place incase I’m accused of something dodgy! A lady was banned from snapping her grandchildren in the park last year because council officials were worried she might be a pedophile!!??!! :o(

Very interesting read, my friend. So far I have had no SGs in my face. If they do, I also know the law! ;)

LOL I take my Camera and I point and shoot all over Public Property (Or at least when ever I am Mobile enough, and back when I had my car on the road) I will admit to witnessing the disdain of many people. And some were quite vocal, I took a Picture one night of a group of people who were outside smoking cigarettes, My Friend and I were out side for the same reason, I thought I would snap a Picture, well three of the guys started leting me know that I was not allowd to take their picture I told them to take me to court if they felt they knew all about the law LOL It turned into a stupid argument between the three of them which I said nothing untill the end when they approached me saying that I have to delete the Picture. I gave them a quick run down of Copyright and Ownership of the Photographic creation I managed to possess of them, I showed them the Picture they still wished for it to be deleted I proposed a business deal, each of them provide 20 Cash and I would delete the Photo, one of them didn’t have 20 bucks so it caught them all in a bind, they delt amongst themselves and coughed up 60 bucks LOL I deleted the Photo. Later that evening after many racks of Eight Ball, I went over to their table and showed them three other Photos I had taken that they were not aware of LOL the One guy dug into his pocket and I laughed saying that I was not in need of their money but I wanted to prove my point and I deleted those images as well. Four Images Not worthy of posting or anything but it made me 60 dollars LOL
Now Private and Public Property can Photographed from a Private Estate and the inside of every Automotive is considered as Private Property so from your car you can shoot all you want. I think these Big Brother Tactics are a fraud Government Bodies are merely afraid of being caught in corruption and don’t like living with paranoia. If they Did the job they were voted in for they would not have a need to worry a bot who was hanging out in the bushes waiting to capture there every move. I wish I could have been in the Ruckus would have loved to have added some Hip hip and a Raw for the matter

lol i got told off by a security guard at St Mary’s Cathedral in Sydney, they had a sign up on a partition just inside the door NO PHOTOGRAPHY* so i stood outside the building and photographed from outside through the open doors. I told them they needed better signage ! LOL

I was in London City the other day, but didnt attend this event today, apparently we are on severe terror alert, so no doubt most people caught with a camera in their hands next week, will be deemed a threat to society, they will give us an instant fine for carrying a dangerous weapon, its called a camera! Oh what fun we have ;-)
