Metallic and Art Prints - Has anyone had an issue

Welcoming Metallic and Art Prints to RB great news but i’m finding that the products are not automatically available to all items in your portfolio and have to be turned on manually is anyone else experiencing this issue or just me?

    Phillip, Go to Account Details- last one under Your Account on left of page.
    Then go to Edit Pricing you can set one mark-up, click apply to all and scroll down and check box
    “apply these mark-ups to all my existing works”, Then click the red Save New Default Markups
    They should appear then!! :)

    the new products are already setup but still not applying to the entire portfolio, its more noticeable since they removed the MATTED PRINTS product, since they have done that the metal and art prints are x’d out

    Have you hovered over the circled X’s? You should see a check mark on hover. Check it and then make sure your markup is correct.

    No Phillip I haven’t been to that group but I am having trouble with Everyday LIfe, members seem unable to leave comments on the message page -Shirley
