Nothing in the world beats the atmosphere of being on safari! Mooiplaats in the lovely Guernsey conservancy just has such of fantastic sense of relaxed perfection to it that you couldn’t possibly not enjoy the experience. The airy dining tent opens up so beautifully to the sights and sounds of evening descending on the African bush, as you sink into the comfortably ample armchairs. What a fantastic atmosphere to tell wild and exagerated stories of the days fearsome wildlife encounters, all the while sipping on your favourite libation!

Although Canadian by birth, I grew up in Africa and from an early age travel became a regular part of my life. As a result I developed an early passion for my two great loves, Africa and aviation. Being fortunate to return to Africa every year with our own safari company “Explorations Africa”, all of my photos of wildlife are taken in their natural and unstaged settings.
