Looking at my activity monitor and all the great stuff people have meen creative makes me think “when was the last time I posted something on RB?”.
Truth is, this is my last week as an MA student and I still have shit-loads to do, so I’ve been bending all my energy into getting all that finished. Once it’s over though, I should have a nice little collection of designs to share with the folks here + much more time to dedicate to my own private projects.
Hope it won’t be too long now. I’m beginning to wonder if I’ll have forgotten how to draw by the time I next get around to it…

I know what you mean, I have just done my first blog in ages, I can’t seem to find time to sit down on the bubble and then I have to fight my Daughter off Red bubble or my husband off the computer, I just can’t win. but I have today, my husband is away, and my daughter is hanging out my washing, (I’m a mean mum) It’s the only way I can get on !

Heh-heh, cheers Danny. I’ve got a load of stuff in the pipeline: it’s just a case of getting it out of my head and onto paper/screen. 4 days of MA left…
By the way, I’m planning to get a line of toys made, but all the companies I approach say they’re not taking submissions at the moment. Anybody got any ideas?

Sigh, my room’s a mess, I’m always too tired to draw, and by the time I get home from work and deal with the latest family crisis, dinner etc. it’s midnight and time for bed!

Good news on that front! I submitted all my work just last week, so I’ve just got one presentation to do, then that’s it! Forever!!!!!!!!!
After this I intend to find myself a working holiday on a ski slope somewhere (hopefully Japan, but the alps would do at a pinch), so’s I can get some fresh cold air, a change of pace and earn some money.
Sorry to hear family life’s a bit of a circus, but you just make sure you take a weekend break or something – recharge your batteries. Make sure you take a sketchbook out onto the hills somewhere, so you can just write/draw/doodle..hell, break spontaneously into dance & cockney limmericks if the mood takes you!
