I’m going to shamelessly use my blog as a soap box here, but I’ve got to get the word out to people about the ‘Frontier’ expedition I’ll be attending early next year.
Put simply, I’ll be part of a team monitoring marine wildlife off the west coast of Tanzania for about four weeks. We’ll be out in the middle of nowhere, living off rice and whatever else we can find, with constant threat of shark attack, but it’ll be a blast! And the work is important to the world’s marine conservationists too!
That’s why I’d like to kindly remind everyone (nudge, wink) that my ‘Snow Leopard’ series were designed specifically to raise money for wildlife charities and currently all procceeds from sales will go to fund my trip. So, if any of you lovely, talented redbubblers out there have liked my snow leopards, please, please do spare a couple of bucks to buy your nan a nice card (or maybe even a nice colossal print on black with charcoal frame etc – ah, only joking. We’ve all gotta make a living, and I know it’s tough, so don’t feel guilty if you can’t afford it).
I need to get the word out to as many people as possible, so, if you’ve got the time, mention the snow leopards to friends, penpals, that wierd elf gal who keeps following you on WOW, everyone you can think of, really.
