Lovely work, and, extremely appealing to me! ;-) Personally speaking, I love martial arts; I will often go to gyms to watch for endless hours long; however, when it actually comes to taking part…then, that’s when I get extremely lazy; you see, it’s not just merely a case of taking part in one lesson, alone; but, instead, you must be willing to go there regularly; which, unfortunately, I never ever do. Purely as a consequence of this attitude I have; many times I’ve taken part in just one lesson; and, never turned up, again; that’s why even after endless years/decades of practicing martial arts; I remain still a mere ‘white belt’ beginner; which I often find to be very strange!
I understand what you mean as i was the same way. I used to participate in Hapkido but after reaching yellow belt and failing 1st time to rise to orange, it started to lose its appeal to me.
I never went back but my friend keeps asking me to attend the dojo where he’s learning kung fu, but i’m too lazy and i’d rather spend my money on a hobby in which i enjoy (photography) instead of learning how to kick someone in the nuts :-)
