Beautiful cluster of Velvet Foot/Winter Mushrooms……Flammulina velutipes. A wonderful edible mushroom! Always love to see the undersides of this mushroom as it shows the lovely velvety brown stems and the creamy orange gills. Lovely find!
And there was me being uneducated in the field thinking they were Brick Caps! Doh. Thanks for the comment.

lol….it’s not an issue. You should have seen me at the beginning. I still need to go back thru past images here on RB of mine that I have mis-labled. Books don’t always help…often it’s having a pro hiking with you to get the answer. I’m still waiting for that distinction. :o)
