It looks like a large boot, the different colors represent different members of the team and the gifts they have to offer and the boot is prepared to take a step, all in the same direction. The thinner top of the boot represents everyone coming on board with the same goal, and as the boot widens, the expanding is each person taking what they have to offer and moving toward to team goal. Excellent Ruth! Great colors and feelings of hope and unity, along with differences amongst people. Great work! How’s that for a clueless interpretation!
