! Creative Writing & Poetry !, "Poetry and Beautiful Women" , Art For The World, Freedom In Words & Art, Masterpieces: Literary Workshop, Something To Say, The beauty of poetry, The Word Tree, Up & Coming Writers, Vibration in Art and Verse - VAVoom! and WMGThe father hollers:
Come here, son! You dare to object
A clout you get for your disrespect
The mother pleads:
Sorry dear, but I cannot accept
your odd manner and disrespect
The teacher shouts:
Listen boy! You’ll fail I suspect
with your saucy ways and disrespect
The neighbors gossip:
The youngsters these days lack intellect?
just filthy mouthed and disrespect
Society shuns:
Our children we do not want to subject
to your bad influence and disrespect
The politicians rule:
We need the votes, we’ll launch a project
to rid of delinquents with disrespect
The priest preaches:
In God’s name we do not select
evil children showing disrespect
The wise one quotes:
Your behavior on me has no effect
It is not mine – your disrespect
And if we’d all for once reflect
what peeves us of your disrespect
we’d find it’s reasons of shame and neglect
of pain, of pride of fear and reject
But this is not for you to inspect
Your concern is
Your Respect
