lovely winter forest. reminds me of sweet home :D

  • Hi Vissonia: I don’t know what winter is like where you are but here in Maine it has definitely worn out it’s welcome. Last year at this time I was mowing my lawn (which is not necessarily a good thing). Thanks for adding your comments to this photograph and thanks for choosing this image to add to your list of favorites. Best Wishes.

The pool looks really lush! Great work – what did you meter off?

  • Hello infiniteme: Thanks for adding your very kind comments to my photograph “Vernal Pool – Early April”. I’m pleased to see that you have chosen this image to add to your list of favorites. I appreciate it. -— I took several shots at this location before settling on this one which was metered off the ice (extreme left) and was shot at 1/85 sec, f/stop 7.1, ISO 200 with a Canon 10-22mm Macro Zoom.
