Rose Queen Barrenwort
Epimedium (Rose Queen Barrenwort)
Epimedium ‘Rose Queen’

An interesting Epimedium, this variety’s spidery flowers are dark rose pink, which contrast nicely with the bronze dark green foliage underneath. Blooming in early spring, ‘Rose Queen’ is a great punch of color in the shade garden.

McLaughlin is one of my favorite spots!! I love the Lilac festival :)

  • Hi: One of my favorite spots as well. I spent 3 – 4 hours there lat week doing some macro work. So many beautiful flowers in bloom this time of year. Take care.
