Antechinus flavipes (Yellow-footed Antechinus) by

These very bold, highly arboreal marsupials diet is mostly insects, but can include fruit, flowers, nectar to mice and small birds. We have a house in the gold field in central Victoria we share with these little fellas (I say share because every time we go there, they come to the window to check us out, hence the photo.) Taken at Archdale Victoria Australia November 2011.

Very cute Russell, you would have to be quick to capture this one…… well done, love it…. Anita

  • Hi Anita, The window where the photo was taken faces west so these little ones actually curl up and go to sleep there in the warmth. I’ve photos of them chewing on the wood work and many more. Cheers,
