    Yes, a wonderful time to be out and about, especially in cities like Hanoi (everyone is on the footpaths playing badmenton!) or Rome (everyone is asleep except the street cleaners), and the natural sun at a sharp angle with its soft emerging light can be a photographer’s dream!
