RE: halftones – we don’t really need them for gradient color on RB, right? Its cool it has become a graphic effect unto itself.
RE:“analogue” — is the “-ue” suffix a British thing? I have a shirt called Analog Modernist referring to tape-recorded music and sound; is this correct usage? Wikipedia wasn’t much help.
Halftones are used purely to add to the ‘digital’ look for this. Us brits like to use the ‘U’ especially in ‘colour’ and ‘analogue’! Thanks for having a look.

I know ‘colour’ from too much martin amis and www.colourlovers.com. Was not clear if ‘analogue’ was for non-digital + music-related, or just British spelling. I almost titled that shirt "Analogue Moderniste’ but that was going a little too far.
Agreed on “digital” look – if it was just a smooth fade around the eyes it would not be as striking and machine-like.
