The Missing Remaining White Rhinos
The White Rhino is believed to be on the brink of extinction. In April 2003 there were 30 rhinos. In 2006 there were only 4 confirmed animals but worryingly, recent fieldwork in 2008 has so far failed to find any presence of these four remaining White Rhinos. Could it be they are disguising themselves as common Zebra to avoid poachers? On the face of it a humorous image but in reality, another depressing effect man has had on the natural world.
This t-shirt has been designed to be printed black on black, so be brave and choose the black tee option, it will print like this:

A friend was in Mexico last year, and saw a sign that said ‘Zebra rides two pesos’ next to a couple of donkeys with crude black stripes painted over them. The description of this just reminded me and i chuckled.

Those donkeys are famous. They go right back to the early days of photography when they didn’t show up too well in pictures for tourists, the owners painted them with stripes. Something like that anyway, I read it somewhere.

Wonderful design… but you are right, there are some seriously depressing stats out there. Quite disgusting when you think it’s all for a horn that does no good to anyone except the rhino.

hey dude wr are u sayin that there are so fe rhino? im from zimbabwe and we have a reasonably healthy population of black and white rhino over hear. i assume u are referring to a particular area…....???? but i dig ur design… its cool as.

Latest research suggests that the northern white rhino is now extintc. The southern white rhino is believed to around 1700. Very sad
