    I think we owe this to our litigious cousins in the USA – because in America, it’s not your fault if you’re an idiot and you deserve to be compensated if you are.

    You’re right sjem, every other tv commercial in the uk seems to be for ‘no win, no fee’ solicitors. Compensation culture gone mad!
