The eternal question especially if one has dealt with someone around whom one must walk on eggshells, or with whom we cannot be ourselves. And when you consider that for there to be eggshells to walk on at all, some eggs had to be broken, then it’s quite likely ME that’s spilled out on the floor waiting to be mopped up! Very thought provoking poem – wonderful!

I get it ….doing the eggshell dance is a pain in the U know whats it! And even so we still continue to take up the dance when we could exit the dance floor…. We all find ourselves doing this now and then. I think you expressed it nicely here.

In an attempt to be witty, I looked up ways to use eggshells. Yes, I have too much time on my hands today. My favorite is this Slug and snail deterrent. Crush up eggshells and sprinkle them around the base of plants in your yard and garden to help prevent snails and slugs. The idea is that these soft-bodied creatures will not slither over the sharp eggshells. I wonder if this works to keep people away too.
