Congrats on making ‘Home Page’.
The nearest I’ve been to Gloucester Cathedral, was a night spent at the Royal Agricultural College (prior to an Air Display).
Gorgeous range of colours that conveys the scene to best effect. Well done!!

You’ve got the light just right in this fine watercolur, Ruth.
The combination of the colours and the varied bright light, conveys a superb atmosphere of a cathedral.
Pat Yager
I so like the way you’ve used graduating colors to help convey the sense of distance here, Ruth. And the slight reflections on the sides of the arches, that bounce there from the colors of the figures – so nicely captured. And the reflections on the floor beneath the figures as well. This one is truly a winner! Very, very well done! – Pat

You did a beautiful job with a fairly difficult subject. Very adept with watercolor. I like this very much.
