Yucca Lights
Close-up of a Yucca plant. The green leaves are outlined naturally by the yellow and red stripes on this particular species. I made the DOF as narrow as possible in order to highlight the edge of the leaf.

very cool shot… the red line really makes it. (would be a good fit in “lines” group.)

a classic treatment of 1 hell of a plant – a stunning result!

the divide of the plant is seen in the middle. Ahh… now looking again.. I see the edge that you are presenting. THe way it is presented makes a dividing line. Showing where it ends is an optional anchoring point. Good effect. Now look at the arrangement of the lines. SOme are tilted that way, this way… then you have the verticals.. one in the middle.. then the one on the right side… the question is… what is the particular pattern that can make people look? Why do people like a particular pattern? To an organized person.. do they need to be arranged in a different manner?
