Ink drawing on cartridge paper of Chinky and Chang, two adorable and adoring cats.
This drawing was featured in the Red Bubble groups ‘Cats and Dogs’ ‘Simply White Gallery’, and ’Cat’s Pajamas’, and was voted into the top ten of the Domestic and Pedigree Cats challenge ‘Show us some love and affection!’ as well as the Finks of Ink challenge ‘CATS ARE ALL THAT’. It was also voted winner of the Finks of Inks challenge ‘Sleep’.

My style is contemporary whilst firmly rooted in realism. I work in a number of mediums, including pastel, charcoal and conte, pen and ink, gouache, watercolour, acrylics, pencil, photography, and mixed media, and am currently painting in oils. I find that changing and experimenting with mediums keeps me fresh and open to learning. I especially love capturing the human face and figure in oils, and photographing the urban landscape, including the amazing graffiti to be found in Melbourne.
