Paris: The Eiffel Tower is sticking deep into the fog. Its lights create an ethereal aura.
A very special moment in 1998 when Paris was covered with thick fog (normally the heat of the city is enough to clear out the sky high enough to keep even large monuments like the Eiffel Tower out of whatever fog appears to be at any time).
Since I live a few blocks from it, I could run with my camera to the Eiffel Tower (and a few other monuments) to capture this 100%-unretouched photograph.
Among the millions of snapshots of the Eiffel Tower that you can find on Google, just try and find one which is even remotely similar! A framed print would be strictly unique.
